Born on Feb. 10, 1880 in Charleston, Ark. While vice president of engineering at Packard Motor Car Co., 1915-1949, Vincent developed the TwinSix, a 12-cylinder engine. During World War I he co-designed the Liberty engine and during World War II designed the PT boat engine and contributed to the design of the Rolls Royce fighter plane engine. The Packard Twin-Six was manufactured and sold in 1915. Joy made a trip in the spring of 1915 and Waldron made several trips afterwards, maybe as early as the fall of 1915, when Waldon was the General Manager of Packard. Henry B.
